MONTGOMERY, Alabama, April 20 -- The Alabama Securities Commission issued the following news:

Alabama Securities Commission (ASC) Director Amanda Senn is pleased to announce the appointments of Christy Boardman Kuklinski and W. Allen Carroll, Jr. for service as commissioners to the ASC.

Kuklinski was recommended by the Alabama State Bar and selected for appointment by Governor Kay Ivey. Kuklinski's appointment was confirmed by the Alabama Senate on April 11, 2024. . . .
