TRENTON, New Jersey, April 20 -- New Jersey Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin issued the following news release on April 19, 2024:
The Attorney General's Office today identified the motorcyclist who died after being involved in a collision with a New Jersey State Police (NJSP) vehicle on April 9, 2024, in Southampton Township, New Jersey. The civilian who died during the encounter has been identified as Frank Lando, Jr., 65, of Toms River, New Jersey.
