DENVER, Colorado, April 20 -- The Colorado Senate Democrats issued the following news release on April 19, 2024:

The Senate today voted to approve Senator Chris Hansen's, D-Denver, bipartisan bill to amend the Colorado Privacy Act to include protections for biometric data.
