CHICAGO, Illinois, April 20 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois issued the following news release:

A Chicago chiropractor has been convicted of federal health care fraud charges for billing a private insurer for nonexistent services.

CLARENCE W. BROWN III owned and operated Dr. CB3 Wellness, Inc. and Apex Integrated Medical Center, Ltd. in Chicago. From 2016 to 2020, Brown submitted fraudulent claims to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illi . . .
