U.S. Representative Abigail Spanberger yesterday presented Baron Braswell and Gwendolyn Martinez -- the parents of Baron P. "Deuce" Braswell II -- with the "Suzanne McDaniel Memorial Award for Public Awareness" for their work to prevent teen violence in Virginia through the "Baron P.
