COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa, April 19 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Iowa issued the following news release:
A Kansas City man was sentenced on April 11, 2024, to 260 months in federal prison after being found guilty by jury trial on Counts One and Two of the Indictment. His co-defendant was sentenced on December 12, 2023, to 120 months in federal prison after pleading guilty to Counts One and Two of the Indictment.
