Calif. U.S. Attorney: Kidnappers Who Abducted 6-Year-Old to Peru Indicted

SACRAMENTO, California, April 19 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California issued the following news release on April 18, 2024:

The grand jury today indicted Edwin Alonso Cuadros Bravo, 54, and Yulisa Alexsandra Guevara Wintong, 49, both formerly residing in Sacramento, charging them with interstate and international kidnapping and kidnapping conspiracy, U.S. Attorney Phillip A. Talbert announced.
