DENVER, Colorado, April 18 -- The Colorado Senate Democrats issued the following news release on April 17, 2024:
Today the Senate State, Veterans, and Military Affairs Committee advanced Senator Jessie Danielson's, D-Wheat Ridge, legislation to prohibit municipal annexation of lands within Tribal boundaries without the consent of the Tribe.
