OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma, April 18 -- The Oklahoma State Senate issued the following news release:

Senate Bill 1751, authored by Sen. Jo Anna Dossett, D-Tulsa, and Rep. Melissa Provenzano, D-Tulsa, has won the support of the full House.
