DES MOINES, Iowa, April 18 -- Gov. Kim Reynolds, R-Iowa, issued the following news release on April 17, 2024:
Today, Gov. Kim Reynolds issued a disaster proclamation for Allamakee, Cass, Des Moines, Fayette, Henry, and Lee counties in response to severe weather that occurred on April 16. The governor's proclamation activates the Iowa Individual Assistance Grant Program and the Disaster Case Advocacy Program for those counties.
