WASHINGTON, April 16 -- The Democratic National Committee issued the following news release:
In response to Mai Xiong and Peter Herzberg's victories in the special elections for Michigan's 13th and 25th House Districts, DNC Chair Jaime Harrison released the following statement:
"Today, Michiganders resoundingly rejected the dysfunction and extremism of Donald Trump and his MAGA minions by ensuring Lansing leadership is squarely in the hands of Democrats. . . .
