Colo. House Democrats: House Advances Vigil, Woodrow Bill to Reduce the Cost of Housing

DENVER, Colorado, April 17 (TNSres) -- The Colorado House Democrats issued the following news release:

The House today advanced legislation on a preliminary vote to make housing in Colorado more affordable and reduce traffic congestion by eliminating parking mandates that drive up the cost of building new housing, especially multi-family developments.

"Parking lots may look inexpensive to build and maintain, but requiring a minimum number of parking spots per housi . . .
