GRAND FORKS, North Dakota, April 16 -- The North Dakota Democratic-NPL Party issued the following news release on April 15, 2024:
Former Lieutenant Governor of North Dakota Lloyd Omdahl has died at age 93. Omdahl was appointed as North Dakota Tax Commissioner after the death of J. Arther Engen in 1963, and was appointed Lieutenant Governor after the death of Ruth Meiers in 1987.
