OMAHA, Nebraska, April 13 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Nebraska issued the following news release on April 11, 2024:
United States Attorney Susan Lehr announced that Russell L. Rucks, Jr., 31, of Lincoln, Nebraska, was sentenced on Thursday, April 11, 2024, in federal court in Lincoln for possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine.
