WHEELING, West Virginia, April 12 -- West Virginia State Treasurer Riley Moore issued the following news release on April 11, 2024:

State Treasurer Riley Moore visited Warwood School in Wheeling yesterday to announce his Office's new SMART529 "Fund the Future" Sweepstakes that will award one West Virginia child $15,000 in college savings.
