BOSTON, Massachusetts, April 12 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts issued the following news release on April 11, 2024:
The owner of a residential carpentry company was charged yesterday in connection with filing false tax returns for the company.
Marcelo De Oliveira, 39, formerly of Everett, was charged with four counts of filing false tax returns.
