Today, U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis (R-WY), a member of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works (EPW) expressed concern after the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) finalized its drinking water standards for per- and polyfluoroalkyl (PFAS) maximum contaminant levels for drinking water and how this could negatively impact Wyoming's rural water providers.
