Yesterday, the Arizona Supreme Court upheld a total abortion ban with no exceptions - siding with a law that dates back to 1864. This decision comes months after the Texas Supreme Court ordered Kate Cox to risk her life by forcing her to carry an unviable pregnancy to term.
