BOSTON, Massachusetts, April 11 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts issued the following news release on April 10, 2024:
A Plymouth man has been arrested and charged with wire fraud in connection with fraudulent Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan applications on behalf of business entities he owned and controlled.
