HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, April 10 -- The Pennsylvania Senate Republicans issued the following news release on April 9, 2024:
The state Senate today approved Senate Bill 831 to establish the legal and regulatory framework for potential carbon dioxide capture, utilization, and sequestration (CCUS) in Pennsylvania, according to Sen. Gene Yaw (R-23), sponsor of the measure.
