DES MOINES, Iowa, April 10 -- Gov. Kim Reynolds, R-Iowa, issued the following news release on April 9, 2024:
Today, Governor Kim Reynolds signed SF 2204 (https://www.legis.iowa.gov/legislation/BillBook?ga=90&ba=SF%202204) into law, a bill for an act relating to interests in agricultural land acquired or held by foreign businesses, foreign governments, or nonresident aliens, or by agents, trustees, or fiduciaries thereof, by providing for registration and reporting requirements, . . .
