RICHMOND, Virginia, April 9 -- Gov. Glenn Youngkin, R-Virginia, issued the following news release on April 8, 2024:

Governor Glenn Youngkin today presented his amendments to Virginia's biennium budget, establishing a Common Ground Budget for the entire Commonwealth.
