CHARLESTON, West Virginia, April 9 -- Gov. Jim Justice, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release on April 8, 2024:
Gov. Jim Justice today amended last week's State of Emergency to include Pleasants County after severe thunderstorms caused flooding, downed trees, power outages, and road blockages.
On April 2nd, Gov. Justice issued a declaration for Fayette, Kanawha, Lincoln, and Nicholas counties.
Then on April 4th, Gov. Justice amended the April 2 . . .
