ST. PAUL, Minnesota, April 6 -- Gov. Tim Walz, D-Minnesota, issued the following news release on April 5, 2024:
Governor Tim Walz today signed Emergency Executive Order 24-03 to provide regulatory relief for septic system service companies.
Executive Order 24-03 exempts septic tank trucks from seasonal load restrictions on Minnesota roads.
