BROWNWOOD, Texas, April 5 -- Howard Payne University issued the following news:
Howard Payne University students and personnel participated in the third annual William B. Dean, M.D. Lecture Series and Community Impact Day last Wednesday. More than 380 volunteers worked on various service projects with 22 community organizations.
