BOSTON, Massachusetts, April 5 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts issued the following news release on April 4, 2024:
A Worcester man who was previously charged with unlawfully possessing a machinegun pleaded guilty yesterday to drug charges.
Jose Rivera, 24, pleaded guilty to possession of a machinegun, receipt of a firearm by a person under indictment for a felony, possession with intent to distribute cocaine and possession of a firea . . .
