U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona: Arizona Doctor Pleads Guilty to Health Care Fraud

TUCSON, Arizona, April 5 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona issued the following news release:

Linh Cao Nguyen, M.D., of Peoria, pleaded guilty on March 19, 2024, to Health Care Fraud. Nguyen's sentencing is scheduled for May 28, 2024, before United States District Judge John C. Hinderaker.

Nguyen admitted that for years, he engaged in a scheme to defraud various health care benefit programs, including Medicare, TRICARE, AHCCCS, Blue Cro . . .
