DES MOINES, Iowa, April 4 -- Gov. Kim Reynolds, R-Iowa, issued the following statement on April 3, 2024:

Governor Reynolds issued the following statement in response to the Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird, on behalf of twenty-five states and the American Free Enterprise Chamber of Commerce, challenging the SEC's Greenhouse Gas Disclosure Rule:
"Joe Biden has become a radical climate alarmist, seeking to transform every agency, including the SEC . . .
