GULFPORT, Mississippi, April 4 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Mississippi issued the following news release:
A Pascagoula, Mississippi man pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute 55.3 grams of methamphetamine.
Timothy Harper, 42, pled guilty in U.S. District Court in Gulfport.
According to court documents, on October 24, 2023, a clear plastic bag containing suspected methamphetamine was purchased from Timothy . . .
