The Stellar Talent Acquisitions Recruiting Referral program recognizes Airmen and Guardians as they inspire the next generation to serve in the Department of the Air Force.

Introduced in May 2023, individuals can earn up to two Air and Space Achievement Medals and one Air and Space Commendation Medal by referring personnel to enlist.
