Congressman Steny H. Hoyer (MD-05) released the following statement today on the passing of former Congressman Bill Delahunt:"Whether as a Veteran, a prosecutor, or a Member of the United States House of Representatives, my friend Bill Delahunt lived a life of service. I was saddened to learn of his passing over the weekend, as were many others on Capitol Hill and across the country.
