BECKLEY, West Virginia, March 30 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on March 29, 2024:
Harland Lee Todd, 34, of Mount Hope, was sentenced today to one year and one day in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, for possession with the intent to distribute a quantity of cocaine.
