U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona: Firearms Smuggler Pleads Guilty to International Money Laundering and Smuggling Firearms From U.S. Into Mexico

TUCSON, Arizona, March 30 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona issued the following news release:

Jesus Angel Vasquez Balganon, 33, of Mexico, pleaded guilty on March 14, 2024, to Smuggling Goods from the United States and International Money Laundering. Vasquez Balganon is scheduled to be sentenced on May 23, 2024, by United States District Judge Jennifer G. Zipps.
