MONCKS CORNER, South Carolina, March 29 -- Santee Cooper, South Carolina's largest power provider and source of electricity, issued the following news release on March 28, 2024:

Stakeholders celebrated a ground-breaking ceremony for the Orangeburg-Berkeley Reach Water Line Project earlier this morning, Thursday, March 28, 2024. The event took place near a stretch of the project area in front of Ebenezer AME Zion Church in Holly Hill.
