WASHINGTON, March 28 -- The House Transportation and Infrastructure Subcommittee on Economic Development, Public Buildings and Emergency Management issued the following testimony by Kristen D. Bernard, deputy inspector general for audit at the Homeland Security Department, involving a hearing on March 12, 2024, entitled "Disaster Readiness: Examining the Propriety of the Expanded Use of FEMA Resources."
