BOSTON, Massachusetts, March 28 -- The Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs issued the following news release on March 27, 2024:

Bids for Massachusetts' fourth offshore wind solicitation were due today at noon. Massachusetts received bids from Avangrid Renewables, South Coast Wind Energy, and Vineyard Offshore.
