Calif. U.S. Attorney: Second Kern County Resident Pleads Guilty to Distributing Explosives

FRESNO, California, March 28 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California issued the following news release on March 27, 2024:

Michael Roy Anglin, 22, of Wofford Heights, entered a guilty plea today to distributing explosives to a non-licensed person, U.S. Attorney Phillip A. Talbert announced.

According to court documents, in May 2023, Vigneault and Michael Roy Anglin, 21, of Wofford Heights, sold and delivered six full boxes and one partia . . .
