DENVER, Colorado, March 27 -- The city of Denver issued the following news release:
The Denver Office of the Medical Examiner (OME) partnered with the Rocky Mountain Lions Eye Bank (RMLEB) in 2023 to help people across the U.S. and the world to see.
Last year, under the jurisdiction of OME, RMLEB recovered 444 eye tissues, including corneas and sclera, from people who wished to donate upon death. The donations resulted in transplants for 165 people across 13 states and . . .
