CLEVELAND, Ohio, March 27 -- Cuyahoga County issued the following news release:
The Cuyahoga County Department of Public Works in cooperation with the City of Independence and the Village of Valley View proposes to replace two deficient bridges on Rockside Road in the City of Independence and Village of Valley View in Cuyahoga County.
The first bridge is over the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad (CVSR) tracks (SFN 1830260) referred to as Bridge 3.23 and the second bridge . . .
