NEW BRUNSWICK, New Jersey, March 27 -- Rutgers University issued the following news:
George Leibowitz, an interdisciplinary researcher and licensed clinician specializing in adult and adolescent mental health and substance abuse treatment as well as an expert on opioid addiction, has been appointed dean for the School of Social Work at Rutgers University-New Brunswick.
