TALLAHASSEE, Florida, March 27 -- The Florida Public Service Commission issued the following news release on March 26, 2024:
In a bench decision today, the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) approved a $5 million credit to be applied to fuel costs for customers of Florida Power & Light Company (FPL). The credit stems from replacement power costs for nuclear power plant outages at FPL's St. Lucie Units 1 & 2 and Turkey Point Units 3 & 4 between 2020-2022.
