ALEXANDRIA, Virginia, March 27 -- The city of Alexandria issued the following news release on March 26, 2024:
The City of Alexandria Department of Transportation and Environmental Services Stormwater Management Division is inviting the public to a stream clean-up event at the living shoreline at Windmill Hill Park on Saturday, April 6 from 9 am to 11 am.
Participants will meet at the intersection of S. Union Street and Gibbon Street to sign-in and for an event briefing . . .
