WASHINGTON, March 26 -- The Clean Energy Buyers Association issued the following news release on March 25, 2024:
The U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED) today announced that Century Aluminum's proposal for a new primary aluminum smelter in the Mississippi River Basin, with a preference for Kentucky, has been selected among 33 total projects for its Industrial Demonstrations Program.
