DENVER, Colorado, March 26 -- The Colorado Senate Democrats issued the following news release on March 25, 2024:
Today, the Senate advanced Senator Dylan Roberts', D-Frisco, bill to prevent suicides by regulating the sale of sodium nitrite products to Coloradans.
Cosponsored by Senator Byron Pelton, R-Sterling, HB24-1081 would ban the sale or transfer of high-potency sodium nitrite products, those that contain 10 percent or greater of sodium nitrite, thereby restri . . .
