TULSA, Oklahoma, March 26 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Oklahoma issued the following news release on March 25, 2024:
Today, U.S. District Judge Terence C. Kern sentenced Phillip Barry Albert, 64, of Tulsa, to 30 months imprisonment, followed by 1 year of supervised release, for Tax Evasion. Judge Kern further ordered Albert to pay more than $3.6 million in restitution.
