SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, March 23 -- Utah Attorney General Sean D. Reyes issued the following news:
Attorney General Sean D. Reyes joined an amicus brief to the Supreme Court of the United States of America in Trump v. United States. The brief, which was led by the State of Alabama, asks the Court to reverse the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit's ruling about presidential immunity in the case brought by Special Counsel Jack Smith.
