WASHINGTON, March 23 -- Rep. C.A. 'Dutch' Ruppersberger, D-Maryland, issued the following news release on March 22, 2024:
Congressman C.A. Dutch Ruppersberger today voted to support a package of six government funding bills that will avert a catastrophic shutdown and bring back critical resources for Maryland and its residents. The $1.2 trillion bill passed the U.S. House of Representatives in a bipartisan 286-134 vote and is now under consideration in the U.S. Senate.
