SACRAMENTO, California, March 23 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California issued the following news release on March 22, 2024:

A federal grand jury returned a 58-count superseding indictment Thursday adding new charges for Shahrir "Sean" Loloee, 53, of Granite Bay, and charging Sacramento residents Mirwais Shams, 36, and Ahmad "Shah" Shams, 29, for their participation in the fraud conspiracy, U.S. Attorney Phillip A.
