This week, U.S. Representative Emilia Sykes (OH-13) voted against H.R. 7023, legislation which threatens access to clean water in our communities by rolling back protections in the Clean Water Act. This legislation also undermines ongoing, bipartisan efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the infrastructure permitting processes.
