Reps. Alma Adams, Jeff Jackson Secure $4.2M for Mecklenburg County Projects

WASHINGTON, March 21 -- Rep. Alma S. Adams, D-North Carolina, issued the following news release:

Congresswoman Alma S. Adams, Ph.D. (NC-12) and Congressman Jeff Jackson (NC-14) secured $4.2 million in federal funding for local projects in Mecklenburg County.

The funding will support 3 projects across the county: Charlotte Mecklenburg Library's New Main Library in Uptown Charlotte, Nourish Up's New Hunger Hub of Hope Food Bank and the Umbrella Center to support survivor . . .
